Finlandia Imported Unsalted Butter Bar, divided

diced ham

Finlandia Imported Gruyere Cheese Chunks, shredded

garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp
fresh thyme, minced (plus more for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Beat eggs together and season with salt and pepper. Pour eggs into skillet and slowly stir with spatula to scramble. Once eggs are cooked through, remove from heat.
  2. Melt remaining butter and mix in garlic and thyme.
  3. Roll pizza dough into roughly a 12x16-inch rectangle on a lightly floured work surface. Brush approximately half of garlic butter over pizza dough. Spread scrambled eggs over dough and sprinkle with an even layer of ham and cheese. Roll dough along long edge, forming spiral. Cut roll into 7 equal parts. Place slices, spiral-side-up, into 10-inch cast iron skillet. Brush rolls with remaining garlic butter. Bake 12-15 minutes, until golden-brown and cooked through. Serve warm, topped with fresh thyme.
