Put wings in a large bowl, add the ¼ cup melted butter, toss well and place on a baking sheet – bake for 20 minutes
Flip over and bake another 15 minutes
When they are almost done, add garlic & red pepper flakes to the remaining butter in a small pot over medium/low heat – stir well and let simmer about 30 seconds
Remove, place wings in a bowl and add the butter, parmesan and parsley – mix and serve
