Vegetable Oil, for grilling
1 ½ lbs
Ground Pork
2 tsp
Ground Cumin
2 tsp
Dried Oregano
Kosher Salt, to taste
Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to 400°F and coat grates with oil.
  2. In large bowl, combine pork with cumin and oregano. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and mix until just combined.
  3. Form into 4 equal patties. Grill for 6 minutes, flip and cook additional 4 to 6 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 140°. With about 2 minutes remaining on cook time, add 2 slices of Swiss cheese to each patty.
  4. Combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a small bowl and spread on bottom half of buns. To each bun, add burger patty and top with sliced ham and pickles.
