Bring Whipping Cream to quick boil and then pour over chocolate and melted butter | |
Stir until smooth and shinny | |
Caramel Sauce | |
5 cups | Brown Sugar |
1 cup | Heavy Whipping Cream (warm) |
2 tbsp | Vanilla Extract |

Place Butter and sugar in a sauté pan and put on medium heat until all the sugar is slow bubbling and turned a shade darker | |
Remove from heat add warmed cream and vanilla extract, slowly, mixture will bubble and rise and then settle | |
Stir until smooth and creamy |
