Finlandia's Signature Reuben Panini is packed with melty Swiss cheese and spicy hot Russian dressing. Just enough like the New York deli classics to be familiar, but with a zippy Finlandia bite.

light rye bread
4 tbsp
Finlandia Zesty Russian Spread
8 slices
6 Oz
thinly sliced corned beef
¼ cup
sauerkraut, well drained
cooking spray

¼ cup
ketchup
3 tbsp
mayonnaise
2 tsp
sweet pickle relish
2 tsp
Sriracha or your favorite hot sauce
1 tsp
lemon juice
salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. For a crispier crust, spray one side of all of the bread slices with cooking oil, flip over, then spread the insides with Russian dressing. Layer 2 slices of Finlandia Swiss Cheese, half of the corned beef, about half of the sauerkraut, and 2 more cheese slices. Top with a slice of bread, oil side up. Repeat with remaining ingredients for second sandwich.
  2. Melt in panini press, grill pan, or oven until dark golden brown and warmed through.
  3. With a serrated knife, cut sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
  4. Finlandia Zesty Russian Spread

  5. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup ketchup, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 teaspoon sweet pickle relish, 1-2 teaspoons Sriracha or your favorite hot sauce, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Keep refrigerated until ready to use; can be made a day ahead.
